New to the Business Console? Follow these steps in order to set up your organization and start getting talent insights. Each step links to a detailed guide.

  1. Set up your organization and departments. Add your organization details and the departments people belong to. Departments are used when you invite people, add users, and create job roles. See Setting Up Your Organization Information and Departments.
  2. Add colleagues who will use the Business Console. Give managers and administrators access with the right role. See Managing Talent Platform Users.
  3. Create job roles. Define the roles in your organization so MayaMaya can match people to them. See Creating and Managing Job Roles.
  4. Invite people to take the assessment. Share an invite link with employees, students, or candidates. See Inviting People to MayaMaya.
  5. Track progress in Profiles. See who has completed the assessment, their Skills Profile, and their resume, and send reminders. See Finding and Managing Profiles.
  6. Build teams. Group people into teams and see team skills and gaps. See Creating and Managing Teams.
  7. Use your insights.
Working with partner organizations? If your organization shares talent with trusted partners, a Super Admin can turn on Partner Collaboration. See Setting Up and Managing Partner Connections.
