Upskill Insights shows which people in your organization need skill development, how urgent it is, and which skills to focus on. From here you can open a personalized learning path for each person and share it with them.

Open Upskill Insights

Go to Growth > Upskill Insights, or select View Details on the Need Upskilling card or under Critical Skill Gaps on the dashboard.

Read a person's card

Each card shows the person's name, role, and department, an urgency label, and the skills they need to develop, grouped into Job Skills and Soft Skills.

The urgency label shows how much of the required skill set the person already has:

  • Critical – 0–10% of required skills are met.
  • High – 10–40% of required skills are met.
  • Moderate – 40–70% of required skills are met.
  • Low – 70–100% of required skills are met.
