Leadership Potential shows how ready each person is for a leadership role. You can review each person's strengths, nominate them for leadership development, and track all nominations in one place.
Open Leadership Potential
Go to Growth > Leadership Potential, or select View Details on the Leadership Profiles card on the dashboard.
Understand readiness
Each card shows the person's name, department, level, role, and a Readiness percentage:
- 90–100% – excellent candidate for leadership.
- 80–90% – strong leadership potential.
- 70–80% – leadership potential developing.
- 0–70% – leadership potential low.
Select Details on a card to see the person's Leadership Strengths, Key Achievements (taken from their resume), and Development Areas.
Search, filter, and sort
Select the filter icon to filter by Seniority (Junior to Director) or Readiness, and to sort by Leadership Score or Name. The Readiness options are Promotion-ready (90–100%), Leadership-ready (80–90%), Near-ready (70–80%), and Not-ready (0–70%).
Nominate someone for leadership development
- On the person's card, select Nominate.
- Rate the person's leadership potential from 1 to 10 stars.
- Optionally, add comments about why this person would be a great leader.
- Select Submit Nomination.

Nominate for Leadership Development
Review nominations
Select View All Nominations on the Leadership Potential page, or go to People > Leadership Nominations. Each nomination shows:
- The average star rating and how many people nominated the person (Nominated by).
- Their readiness percentage and leadership strengths.
- The date they were nominated.
To remove a nomination, select the Remove Nomination icon on its card.
