A person's profile brings together their assessment results, skills, development goals, and team assignments. This guide explains each part of the profile page.

Open a profile

Go to People > Profiles and select the person's name.

Profile summary

The top of the page shows the person's name, current role, Profile ID, department, and the date they joined, along with three measures:

  • Skills to Develop – the number of skills identified for development.
  • Leadership Potential – the person's leadership readiness, as a percentage.
  • Mobility Opportunities – the number of internal roles that match the person.
