A profile is created for each person who joins your organization in MayaMaya. The Profiles page lets you follow each person's progress, send reminders, and manage profiles individually or in bulk.
Open Profiles
Go to People > Profiles, or select View Details on the Total Profiles card on the dashboard.
The Profiles page
Each row shows the person's name and Profile ID (their email address), current role, the date of their last report, department, Profile Status, and Shared With (the partner organizations that can see the profile, if any).
Understand profile status
The Profile Status column shows three icons. Each is highlighted when that part is complete. Hover over an icon to see its status.
- Questions – the assessment quiz. The number shows how many questions the person has answered.
- Skill profile – the person's Skills Profile.
- Resume – whether the person has uploaded a resume.
To remind someone to finish a pending step, select the pending icon. MayaMaya sends them a reminder email.
Search and filter
Select the search icon to find a person by name. Select the filter icon to narrow the list by:
- Department
- Level
- Availability
- Questions Completed (Completed or Pending)
- Skill Profile Status (Completed or Pending)
- Resume Status (Completed or Pending)
