Managing Talent Platform Users

Talent Platform Users are the people who can use your organization's Business Console, such as administrators and managers. This guide explains the available roles and how to add, edit, and remove users.

Talent Platform Users vs. Profiles: Talent Platform Users manage your organization in the Business Console. Profiles are the people who take the MayaMaya assessment. To invite people to take the assessment, see Inviting People to MayaMaya.

Roles

Each Talent Platform User has one role:

  • Super Admin – full system control and admin management. The person who registers the organization as a Business User is its Super Admin.
  • Admin – day-to-day organization and department management.
  • Manager – team-focused; handles hiring, talent mobility, and leadership potential.
  • Brand Manager – focused on sub-brands for business and white labels. This role is given to the person who creates a brand. See Managing Brands.
  • Guest – view-only access, with specific capabilities for mobility recommendations.

When you add or edit a user, you can assign the Admin, Manager, or Guest role.

Open Talent Platform Users

Select the menu icon (three lines), then Settings > Talent Platform Users. The page lists each user's name, email, role, department, and last update.

Add a user

  1. Select Add User.
  2. Enter the person's Full Name and Email Address.
  3. Choose a User Role and a Department.
  4. Select Create User.

The new user can sign in at talent.mayamaya.ai with that email address and select Access Business Console. If the person already uses MayaMaya as an individual, they will now also see Business Console access for your organization.

Edit or remove a user

  • Edit – select the Edit User icon on the user's row. You can change the User Role and Department, then select Update User. The name and email cannot be changed.
  • Remove – select the Remove User icon on the user's row.

If the edit and remove icons are unavailable for a user, your role does not have permission to change that user. Contact your Super Admin.
