Managing Brands

My Brands lets you create and manage separate organizations, called brands, from your Business Console. Use brands for sub-brands, business units, or white-label organizations that need their own MayaMaya space.

Open My Brands

Select the menu icon (three lines), then Settings > My Brands. The list shows each brand's name, admin, status, who created it, the date it was added, and its industry. A status of Trial means the brand is in its trial period.

Add a brand

1. Select Add Brand.
2. Enter the Brand Name, and the Admin Name and Email Address of the person who will manage the brand.
3. Enter the brand's Web Address. Choosing an Industry is optional.
4. Select Create Brand.

When the brand is created, the admin you entered becomes the brand's Super Admin, and you, as the person who created it, become its Brand Manager. For more on roles, see Managing Talent Platform Users.

Work in a brand

Select the Switch to organization icon on a brand's row to open that brand in the Business Console. You can also switch using the organization name under your name in the top-right corner. See Switching Between Organizations.

Remove a brand

Select the Remove Organization icon on the brand's row.
