Your organization settings hold your organization's basic details and the list of departments used across the Business Console.

Open your organization settings

  1. In the Business Console, select the menu icon (three lines), then Settings. You can also select Settings under Quick Actions on the dashboard.
  2. Select My Organization. The page has three tabs: Organization Info, Departments, and Partners.

Update your organization information

On the Organization Info tab, you can update:

  • Industry and Country.
  • Web Address – your organization's website.
  • About Your Organization – a short description. Write your own, or select Generate to have MayaMaya draft one.
  • Professional Development Model – choose Free Courses (complimentary learning resources) or Premium Courses (curated premium content with certifications).

Select Save Changes when you are done.

Fields you cannot edit

  • Organization Name is locked after setup. To change it, submit a support request. See Getting Help and Support.
  • Organization Code is a unique code for your organization. It is hidden by default; select the eye icon to show it. Partner organizations use this code to connect with you.

Manage departments

Departments are used when you invite people, add Talent Platform Users, create teams, and create job roles. Set them up before you invite people.

Add departments

  1. Select the Departments tab, then select Add Department.
  2. Type a department name in the box. To add several at once, separate the names with commas. You can also select any of the Suggested Departments.
  3. Select Add. Select Cancel to close without adding.

Find or delete a department

  • Use the Search departments box to find a department.
  • To remove a department, select the delete icon on its card.

Partners

The Partners tab is where a Super Admin turns on Partner Collaboration and manages partner organizations. See Setting Up and Managing Partner Connections.
