Understanding Your MayaMaya Report

Created by Rimsha Rizvi, Modified on Mon, 5 Oct at 1:25 PM by Rimsha Rizvi

Your MayaMaya report, titled Skill Analysis & Upskilling Strategy, explains your soft skills, what motivates you, the job roles that fit you best, and what to work on next. This guide explains each section.

How scores work

  • MayaMaya measures ten core soft skills. Each one is made up of more specific skills, called sub-skills.
  • In your report, scores are shown on a 5-point scale.
  • Elsewhere in MayaMaya, such as in your organization's Business Console, the same scores are shown on a 10-point scale. The report score is the 10-point score divided by two, so a 3.5 in your report equals a 7 in the Business Console.
