The MayaMaya Assessment helps you understand your soft skills, values, and career fit. This guide walks you through what happens the first time you use the Assessment and how the Assessment is laid out.

Your first time in the Assessment

The first time you open the Assessment, MayaMaya guides you through these steps in order:

  1. Welcome and product tutorial – a short introduction to the Assessment. Select Next to move through it, or Skip to go straight to the quiz.
  2. Quiz – answer 27 adaptive questions. This takes about 10–15 minutes. See Completing the MayaMaya Assessment.
  3. Skills Profile – after your first 27 questions, MayaMaya takes you to the Skills tab to build your profile in seven short steps. See Building Your Skills Profile.
  4. Your first report – when your profile is complete, your report appears in the Reports tab. See Viewing Your Reports and Tracking Your Progress.
