This guide explains how to create a MayaMaya account, sign in, reset a forgotten password, and verify your email address.

Before you begin

If your organization sent you a MayaMaya invitation link, open that link to create your account. The link connects your new account to that organization automatically, so your results are shared with the right organization.

Create your account

  1. Go to talent.mayamaya.ai, or open the invitation link you received.
  2. On the Sign In page, select Sign Up (next to "Don't have an account?").
  3. Choose how to sign up: select Sign Up with Google or Sign Up with Microsoft, or enter your Full Name, Email Address, and Password.
  4. Review the Terms & Conditions, then select Sign Up.
  5. Choose how you will use MayaMaya:
    • Individual User – to take the assessment and view your own reports.
    • Business User – to manage people and talent insights for an organization. Business Users can also take the assessment.
Already registered? If you see the message "Email is already registered", you already have an account. Sign in instead, or reset your password.

  1. Go to talent.mayamaya.ai.
  2. Select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, or enter your Email Address and Password and select Sign In. Select Remember me if you want this browser to remember your sign-in.
  3. On the Welcome to MayaMaya page, select Start Assessment or Access Business Console. Access Business Console appears if you signed up as a Business User or if an organization has added you as a Talent Platform User.

The Sign In page

Tip: Always sign in with the same method you used to create your account. For example, if you signed up with Google, select Continue with Google. If you use a different method, you will see the message "The account is set up with another method."

Reset a forgotten password

  1. On the Sign In page, select Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter the email address for your MayaMaya account, then select Send reset link.
  3. Open the email from MayaMaya and follow the link to create a new password.

If you created your account with Google or Microsoft, you do not need a MayaMaya password. Sign in with the same Google or Microsoft option instead.

Verify your email address

MayaMaya asks you to verify your email address so you can receive important platform notifications.

  • Until your email is verified, MayaMaya shows verification reminders, including a banner on your My Profile page.
  • You can resend the verification email from your My Profile page, up to 3 times in 24 hours.
  • You have 7 days to verify your email. After that, MayaMaya stops sending you notifications until your email is verified.
