What Is MayaMaya?

MayaMaya is a talent intelligence platform from Catenate Corp. It helps individuals understand their soft skills and career fit, and helps organizations use those insights to develop, move, and hire people.

The two parts of MayaMaya

MayaMaya has two areas. Depending on how you use MayaMaya, you may have access to one or both.

Assessment

The Assessment is for individuals, such as employees, students, and job candidates. Here you complete the MayaMaya assessment, build your Skills Profile, and view your personal reports. It has three tabs:

• Quiz – an adaptive assessment. Every 27 questions you answer generates a new report. The first 27 questions take about 10–15 minutes.
• Skills – your profile summary, including your AI-drafted Career Identity Statement and your resume.
• Reports – your AI-generated reports, with soft skill analysis, growth areas, and recommended job roles.

Business Console

The Business Console is for organizations. Here you invite people to take the assessment and use the results to make talent decisions. Common tasks include:

• Inviting people and reviewing their profiles
• Creating teams and job roles
• Finding people who need upskilling and sharing learning paths
• Identifying future leaders and internal mobility opportunities
• Asking TIA (Talent Intelligence Assistant) questions about your people, teams, and organization
• Working with partner organizations and finding candidates with Hiring, if your organization has turned on Partner Collaboration

Which part will I use?

This depends on how your account was set up:

• Individual User – if you chose Individual User when you signed up, you use the Assessment.
• Business User – if you chose Business User when you signed up, you can use both the Business Console and the Assessment.
• Added by your organization – if an organization adds you as a Talent Platform User, you can also open the Business Console for that organization.

Choosing where to go after you sign in

After you sign in, the Portal Selector page shows the options available to you:

• Start Assessment – opens the Assessment.
• Access Business Console – opens the Business Console. This option appears only if you have Business Console access.

Switching between the Assessment and the Business Console

If you have access to both areas, use the Business Console | Assessment switch at the top of any page to move between them. You do not need to sign in again.

Belonging to more than one organization

Your MayaMaya account can be connected to more than one organization. To learn how to see your organizations and switch between them, see Switching Between Organizations.
